                            Directors' shareholdings


MKM Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification that,
on 8 September 2006, Andrew Johnson, Executive Chairman, acquired 200,000
ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
at a price of 6.25p per share and is now interested in 3,500,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 8.00% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.


The Company also announces that, on 8 September 2006, David Mond, a
non-executive director of the Company, acquired 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a
price of 6.25p per share, representing 9.14% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
