Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 24 March 2014 it purchased
for cancellation 200,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 104.5 pence per
share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 37,683,134 Ordinary Shares of 1
penny each in issue.
