President Energy (AIM: PPC) the energy company with a diverse portfolio of energy assets announces the publication of the AIM Schedule One in respect of Atome Energy PLC ("Atome")

AIM Schedule One

President notes that the AIM Schedule One in respect of Atome has been published today in accordance with Rule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

The Schedule One, which is available via RNS, states inter alia that 30 December 2021 is the expected admission date for trading of Atome's shares on AIM, and that the joint brokers to the Company are SP Angel and finnCap and the Nomad is Beaumont Cornish.
