   Debbie Hewitt appointed as a non-executive director of Mouchel Parkman plc

Mouchel Parkman has announced the appointment of Ms Debbie Hewitt as a
non-executive director, with effect from 3 September 2007.

Ms Hewitt, 43, became an adviser to Mouchel Parkman, the support services group,
in April 2007. She is currently the managing director of motoring services group
RAC, a post she has held since May 2006.

Debbie is also on the Executive Committee of Norwich Union Insurance, is a
non-executive director of Luminar plc, and is a non-executive director of the
Office of Government Commerce (a government body that sets standards for
government purchasing practices). She has previously held non-executive
directorships at De Vere plc and Alumasc plc.

Richard Benton, chairman of Mouchel Parkman plc, commented on this appointment:

"I am delighted to welcome Debbie Hewitt to Mouchel Parkman as a non-executive
director, although of course she has now been working closely with the board for
several months. Debbie's work with RAC and Norwich Union brings a unique and
valuable perspective to Mouchel Parkman and I have every confidence that she

"Mouchel Parkman works primarily in the UK public sector and has recently
acquired business process outsourcing specialists HBS, thereby further
consolidating the Group's presence as a partner and service provider to
government, to local authorities, and in the regulated sector. Debbie Hewitt's
in-depth knowledge in several of Mouchel Parkman's core markets is likely to be
of particular benefit to the Group at this time."

Debbie Hewitt commented:

"Since joining the business as an adviser earlier in the year I have been

non-executive director and look forward to playing a part in the future
development of the Group."

In accordance with LR 9.6.13R, there is no further information required to be
disclosed in respect of Debbie Hewitt's appointment.
