Exercise of option 
 
 
MAMA announces that it has received an exercise notice in respect of options 
which had been granted to a former employee of the Company to acquire 1,500,000 
ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company at an exercise 
price of 5 pence each (the "Option Shares"). 
 
 
The Company has today allotted and issued the Option Shares conditional only on 
the Option Shares being admitted to trading on AIM. 
 
 
Application has been made for admission of the Option Shares to AIM and dealings 
are expected to commence on 1 February 2010. The Option Shares will, on 
Admission, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 5 pence each in 
the capital of the Company. 
 
 
In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the 
Company confirms that, following the allotment and issue of the Option Shares 
the Company will have 809,390,312 ordinary shares of 5p each in issue and 
admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange under the UK 
International Securities Identification Number ("ISIN code") GB0031342743.
