2009 B Share Repurchase Offer 
 
 
As announced on 6 May 2009, the 2009 Repurchase Offer offered B Shareholders the 
opportunity to sell their B Shares to Singer Capital Markets by completing and 
returning a form of repurchase by 4.30pm on 12 June 2008.  It is expected that 
Singer Capital Markets will today make the 2009 B Share Repurchase Offer to 
purchase the 67,217 B Shares in respect of which valid repurchase elections had 
been received from B Shareholders by the deadline, being all the remaining B 
Shares in issue. 
 
 
Settlement of the 2009 Repurchase Offer is expected to be made by 30 June 2009. 
 
 
Full details of the 2009 Repurchase Offer are contained in the Circular to 
Shareholders dated 6 May 2009.  All capitalised terms shall have the meanings 
given to them in the Circular.
