The Annual General Meeting of Mallett is to be held at Mallett's registered 
office at 141 New Bond Street, London W1S 2BS on 28 May 2009 at 4 p.m.. Copies 
of Mallett's 2008 Annual Report (which incorporates the Notice of Annual General 
Meeting and Form of Proxy) have been despatched to shareholders. 
 
 
Copies of Mallett's 2008 Annual Report and Accounts have also been submitted to 
the FSA and will shortly be available for inspection at the Document Viewing 
Facility which is situated at 25 The North Colonade, Canary Wharf, London E14 
5HS. 
 
 
The 2008 Annual Report & Accounts can also be downloaded from the Company's
