NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs")
In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), LSL hereby
notifies that on 1(st) December 2015, 94,771 options were granted
to Adam Castleton, Group Finance Director pursuant to LSL's Long
Term Incentive Plan (LTIP). The grant is by way of nil-cost options
in respect of ordinary shares and vesting of the awards are subject
to continuous employment and performance conditions. The options
will first become exercisable on 1(st) December 2018.
This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and
Transparency Rule 3.1.2.
