Board Change

Adam Castleton to be appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer

LSL, a leading provider of residential property services incorporating both estate agency and surveying businesses, announces that Adam Castleton will be appointed to its Board as Group Chief Financial Officer, subject to the approval of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Adam will join LSL from French Connection Group PLC where he is currently the Group Finance Director. He previously held leadership roles at a number of market leading companies including O2 UK, eBay, and The Walt Disney Company. Adam has over 25 years' experience in finance, having started his career with Price Waterhouse where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989.

Ian Crabb, LSL's Group Chief Executive, commented: "Adam's breadth of financial skills and experience combined with his experience of the retail and services sectors make him a strong fit with LSL. I look forward to working with Adam to fully capitalise on the opportunities to further grow and develop LSL's businesses."

A further announcement regarding Adam's start date will be made in due course. Andrew Burchall who was appointed as Interim Group Finance Director of LSL on 5(th) January 2015 has entered into a transition services agreement to facilitate a smooth transition with Adam.
