LSL announces that it has been advised that Steve Cooke, Finance Director, on 5 September 2013 exercised options over 11,870 ordinary GBP0.02p shares, under the 2010 Company Share Option Plan at a price of 240p per share and subsequently sold 11,870 ordinary shares at a price of 465p per share.

This transaction is in addition to the exercise of 70,764 Ordinary shares, under the 2010 Joint Share Ownership Plan at a price of 268.5p per share and the subsequent sale of 70,764 ordinary GBP0.02p shares announced on the 5 September 2013.

Following these transactions, Steve Cooke retains an interest of 40,000 shares representing 0.04 per cent of the issued share capital.
