NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1),I hereby inform you that LSL Property Services plc was notified on 2nd October 2012, that the following transaction took place in relation to the Company's Share Incentive Plan on 1(st) October 2012.

The SIP is an all-employee trust arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs, under which employees are able to buy ordinary shares in the Company of 0.2p each, using deductions from their salary in each monthly pay period. The SIP Trustees (Capita IRG Trustees Limited) acquired 3,864 ordinary shares by purchase in the market on 1(st) October 2012 at a total cost of GBP8,273.80 and allocated them to employees participating in the SIP partnership shares.

Alison Traversoni, an Executive Director purchased 59 ordinary shares of 0.2p, at a price of GBP2.12 per ordinary share.

In addition, on 10(t) September 2012, Alison Traversoni acquired 70 ordinary shares of 0.2p, at a price of GBP2.20 per ordinary share, as the Trustees reinvested the dividend payment made by the Company on the same day.

Following these two transactions, the total shares held by the SIP trustees for the benefit of Alison Traversoni is 5,106 and the total shareholding of Alison Traversoni (including shares held by the SIP Trustees for the benefit of Alison Traversoni) is 617,564.

This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.
