                        FURTHER RE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENTS

Further to the announcement made on 7 April 2006, Leyshon Resources Limited
("Leyshon" or "the Company") (ASX and AIM: LRL) announces the following further
details for each of the new Directors as required to be disclosed under
paragraph f of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules.

John Wilfred Sword Fletcher, 65, is, or has in the past five years been, a
director or partner of the following companies or partnerships:

Brandrill Limited, a company of which Mr Fletcher was a non-executive director
from July 2002 to September 2003, appointed a voluntary administrator in June
2004 and receivers and managers were appointed the same day. In December 2004,
the administrator and the receivers and managers retired and the company was
returned to the directors.

Mr Fletcher was a non-executive director of GEI plc, resigning in 2000. GEI plc
went into receivership in February 2001.

Anastasia (Stacey) Apostolou, 40, is, or has in the past five years been, a
director or partner of the following companies or partnerships:

Renison Bell Limited, owner of the Renison Bell tin mine, of which Ms Apostolou

2003, owing approximately A$13 million to external creditors. A deed of company
arrangement was entered into with the creditors and the assets subsequently sold
resulting in distributions to creditors.

Robert David Bigland, 68, is, or has in the past five years been, a director or
partner of the following companies or partnerships:
