Director dealings
The Company was informed on 27 May 2010 that FDS Pharma Associates and its
related parties disposed of 190,266 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary
Shares") at 9.78 pence each on 29 December 2009.
Following these disposals FDS Pharma Associates and its related parties have an
interest in Lipoxen of 41,965,050 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.41 per cent
of the issued Ordinary Share capital in the Company.
