Leisure & Gaming plc ("L&G"' or "the Company") announces that, at its AGM held 
yesterday on 1st June 2009, all resolutions were duly passed. 
 
 
At the meeting Philip Parker, Non-Executive Chairman, notified the Company and 
its shareholders of his wish to step down from the Board. Philip Parker has 
served as Chairman for nearly five years and it is an opportune moment to bring 
fresh views to bear as new opportunities for growth are presented. He expressed 
his willingness to continue to serve until the end of the calendar year which 
will give the Board time to identify and appoint a successor. 
 
 
 
 
Richard Creed, Chief Executive of the Company said: 
 
 
"I would like to thank Philip for all his efforts in the Company, in particular 
returning the business to a sound footing following the events of 2006. 
 
 
We will commence the search for a new independent Non-Executive Chairman and I
