Appointment of Gaming Director

Leisure & Gaming plc ("L&G" or "the Company"), the online betting and gaming
group, is pleased to announce that it has  appointed Stuart Doyle as its Gaming
Director. In this capacity, he will have overall responsibility for all
bookmaking  and risk management activity of the Company.

Stuart has held bookmaking roles for Ladbrokes, Victor Chandler, Zetters and
Betcorp.

Henry Birch, Chief Executive of Leisure & Gaming plc, said:
