Luminar Group Holdings PLC (the "Company")

Block Listing

The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority
and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing totalling 1,094 Ordinary
Shares of 200p each ("New Ordinary Shares") to (i) the Official List, and (ii)
trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities.

The block listing shares will be issued under the Luminar Sharesave Scheme.

The New Ordinary Shares will be allotted as and when options are exercised at
which time they will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company.
