Appointment of Geoff Bicknell as CFO to LIT plc 
LIT plc, is pleased to announce the appointment of Geoff Bicknell (aged 67) as 
Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Mike Haxby will remain with the 
Group as Chief Risk Officer. 
 
 
Geoff joined the LIT plc Senior Advisory Board in February this year and has 
since been advising the Company on financial and strategic matters. Since March 
he has acted as interim Finance Director of TDG, the pan-European logistics 
company acquired by LIT plc in October 2008. 
 
 
LIT plc will benefit from Geoff's extensive experience in financial management 
and corporate finance. Geoff has recently been interim Group Finance Director of 
Ricardo plc and Anite plc. He was also a Director and co-founder of Maxima 
Holdings plc and Group Financial Director of Northgate Information Solutions 
plc. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Trafficmaster plc and Brady 
plc. 
 
 
Save as set out below, there are no other details regarding the appointment of 
Geoff Bicknell that require disclosure under paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of 
the AIM Rules.
