      Termination of proposed acquisition of Green Park Investment Limited 
                                  ("Green Park")


The Directors of Libertas Capital Group plc have announced that the conditions
precedent for the proposed acquisition of Green Park, previously announced on 13
August 2004, did not occur within the timescale required. As a result, the
agreement between LBR and Green Park has terminated.
