Libertas Capital Group plc (AIM: LBR), the financial services firm, was notified
that on 5th March 2007 that the following directors of The Company increased
their holdings of ordinary shares of nominal value of 1p each.

Libertas Capital Group plc also announces that the Company has bought back
65,308 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of
37.09p each; these shares will be held in Treasury. Following this buy back of
shares, the Company now holds 3,728,108 Ordinary Shares in Treasury,
representing 8.5% of the total issued share capital. The total number of
Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding those held in Treasury) amounts to
40,111,391.
