In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, Libertas Capital Group plc ("the Company", AIM: LBR), the
financial services firm, confirms that its issued share capital comprises
43,839,499 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'), of which the Company
holds 3,662,800 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.


The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is therefore 40,176,699.


The above figure of 40,176,699 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the
Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
