The Company was notified today that as of close of business on 16 February 2006,
RAB Special Situations LP ("RAB") has sold 350,000 shares in the Company. As a
result of this, RAB is interested in 900,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
("ordinary shares") in the Company. They now no longer hold a notifiable
interest in the Company.
