                  APPOINTMENT AS NOMINATED ADVISERS ("NOMADS")



Libertas Capital Group plc (AIM: LBR) ("Libertas Capital" or "the Company"), the
financial services firm listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the
London Stock Exchange (AIM), is pleased to announce that Libertas Corporate
Finance Limited has been appointed as Nominated Advisers ("Nomads"), thereby
allowing Libertas Capital to offer an enhanced service to clients.



Commenting on the announcement, Jakob Kinde, Executive Chairman of Libertas
Capital, said: "We are delighted that we have been appointed as Nomads. This,
together with the admission of our Securities business to the London Stock
