                          ("KimCor" or the "Company")

                      Change of accounting reference date

KimCor (AIM: KIM), the mid-tier diamond producer with properties in South
Africa, confirms that it has changed its accounting reference date to 30 June.
The change was made to align the accounting reference dates of KimCor and the
South African subsidiary companies acquired from Dwyka Resources Limited in
September 2007.

KimCor will, by 31 March 2008, publish interim results for the 9 months ended 31
December 2007.  The Company's results for the 15 months ended 30 June 2008 will
be published by 31 October 2008.
