                                Grant of options

The Company announces that, as envisaged in the admission document dated 21
August 2007, options under the Company's Share Option Plan were granted to
certain key employees and consultants on 1 October 2007 as follows:

All of the options granted have a strike price of 7.75p.

Except in the case of Martyn Churchouse, the vesting periods of the options
issued is one-third per annum from the date of grant, and options not vested
will lapse on the individual ceasing to be an employee, director or consultant
(as applicable). Any options vested will lapse if not exercised within 3 months
of the date of any such cessation.
