                              EXERCISE OF WARRANTS

KimCor Diamonds plc (the 'Company'), a diamond producing and exploration company
with properties in southern Africa, today announces that it has issued and
allotted 833,333 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each, at a price of 18.75p per share,
pursuant to an exercise of warrants.

The shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each
in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commence on
Monday 24 April 2006.

The total number of shares in issue following this exercise of warrants is
64,313,333.
