                       STATEMENT RE SHARE PRICE MOVEMENT

The Directors of KimCor Diamonds plc ("KimCor" or the "Company") a diamond
producing and exploration company with properties in southern Africa, know of no
reason for the recent fall in the Company's share price.

Following last month's statement regarding pilot plant trials at its
wholly-owned Bellsbank dump reclamation, the Directors re-iterate that higher
than expected average diamond grades were reported.

The trials indicated an increase in diamond grade of 240% from the original
estimate of 6.5 carats per 100t ("cpht") to 15.8cpht. A diamond grade of
15.8cpht increases the revenue to US$1,850 per 100t, compared to US$1,170 per
100t at 6.5cpht.

In the Directors opinion recoverable grades at Bellsbank are high in comparison
to other dump reclamation operations, where grades of between 3cpht and 5cpht
are more typical.

Non-Executive Chairman of KimCor, Professor Gordon Riddler, BSc, MBA, FIMMM,
CEng, CSci, CMkt, MCIM, MCMI who has 40 years of experience in the mining sector
and is a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, a recognised
professional association.
