Irvine, CA, May 20, 2014 - Kofax® Limited (NASDAQ and LSE: KFX), a leading provider of smart process applications for the business critical First Miletm of customer interactions, today announced that it was notified May 16, 2014 by Non-Executive Director, Jamie Urry, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2, that on May 14, 2014, he acquired 7,943 common shares with a par value of $0.001 each in the company at a price of $6.64.

Following this transaction, Jamie Urry beneficially holds 6,195,090 common shares in the company, representing 6.72% of the issued share capital of the company.
