Kimberley Diamond Company NL advises that Gem Diamonds Australia Pty Ltd has
received approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board to acquire all the
shares in Kimberley Diamond Company and accordingly condition 8.7(a) of the
Bidder's Statement has been fulfilled.
