DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company announces that on 1 October 2015 Mr Eric Dodd, an executive director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, was granted an award of 100,000 share options over ordinary shares in the company of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Discretionary Share Option Plan 2013. The awards will be exercisable, subject to performance conditions, between 2015 and 2025 and the exercise price will be 2.5 pence per Ordinary Share. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards.

Following the above award, Mr Dodd holds options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares and has no other interest in Ordinary Shares.
