received notification on August 17, 2007 that as of August 9, 2007 Fidelity
Management & Research Company's interest in the Company is now 6.151 million
shares or approximately 12.67% of the issued share capital of the Company.


As at July 31, 2007 the Company had 48,772,266 common shares outstanding.
