Proposed Cancellation from AIM, Propsed Application for Admission to NEX and Directorate Change

Jiasen International Holdings Limited ("Jiasen" or "the Company") announces that the Board of the Company has concluded that it will seek the cancellation of the Company's shares from trading on AIM and apply for the ordinary shares of the Company to be admitted to trading on the NEX Exchange Growth Market.

The Company will shortly be sending a notice to all shareholders to convene a general meeting to consider approving the cancellation of the Company's shares from trading on AIM. Cancellation will be conditional upon receiving consent of not less than 75 per cent. of votes cast by shareholders.

RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

The Company further announces that Dennis Ow has tendered his resignation from the board of the Company, with effect from 28 February 2017, due to his other business commitments.
