   --      Form of Proxy for the 2017 Annual General Meeting

The Company will be holding its 2017 Annual General Meeting at 09:30am on Thursday, 18 May 2017 at the etc. venues, 8 Fenchurch Place, Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 4PB.
