Bond buy back announcement

Johnston Press Plc (the "Company")

GBP225,000,000 8.625% Senior Secured Notes 2019 ("bonds")

Johnston Press Plc announced on 25 March 2015 that GBP5.0 million of cash was allocated to buy back bonds held by the Company.

The Company purchased GBP5.0 million of bonds in the open market yesterday at a price of GBP0.98 per GBP1.00 of nominal value.

Following this purchase, GBP220,000,000 of the above bonds remain outstanding.
