The Company was notified today that, on 30 March 2016, the following person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") exercised options over Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan at an option price of nil pence per Share and retained all of the resulting Shares. The options are over existing Shares in issue held by the Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc Employee Share Trust.
