following holding:



As at 20 February 2007 Investika Ltd of 109 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW 2000
Australia, has a beneficial interest in 3,191,019 ordinary shares in Toledo
Mining Corporation plc.



Based on Toledo Mining Corporation plc having 27,898,333 ordinary shares on
issue, this holding represents an interest of 11.4% of the Company's total
voting rights.
