notification of change of interest of substantial shareholder:


As at 27th September 2006, the Company was notified that Goodhope Finance and
Investment Pty Ltd had increased its beneficial interest to 4,545,414 ordinary
shares in Investika Ltd.  This represents 34.8% of the issued share capital.
