Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") was informed on
2 October 2017 that Ian Simm (Chief Executive of the Company) has
acquired 183,689 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
into his dividend account in the Impax Group employee benefit trust
and sold 183,689 Ordinary Shares from his capital account in the
same employee benefit trust. Ian Simm's total beneficial holding of
Ordinary Shares remains the same following the two trades.
