The Company received notification on 20 October 2005 that, following the sale of
252,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 17 October 2005,
Henderson Global Investors and its associated companies (acting as an agent for
its discretionary clients) now hold, directly and indirectly, 4,748,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 8.63 per cent. of the
Company's issued capital.
