The Company received notification on 10 October 2005 that, following a purchase
on 7 October 2005 of 125,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company 
("Ordinary Shares"), RMB Multimanagers SICAV has an interest in 265,000 Ordinary
Shares, which represents approximately 8.83 per cent. of the Company's current
issued capital of 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares.
