                         Notification of share holding



IndigoVision Group plc ("the Company") has received notification today that,
subsequent to the purchase of 40,000 ordinary shares on 20 April 2004 and 30,000
ordinary shares on 21 April 2004, Mr Paul Scott now holds a total of 490,000
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.08% of the issued share capital.



The Company also announces that it has received notification today that,
subsequent to the purchase of 20,000 ordinary shares on 21 April 2004, Mr
Anthony Cross now holds a total of 220,000 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 3.18% of the issued share capital.
