IndigoVision Group plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification
today from UBS Investment Bank ("UBS-IB") that UBS-IB, a business group of UBS
AG, has a notifiable interest in 922,629 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the
Company representing approximately 13.33% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital.
These interests are held by UBS-IB as beneficialowner in the ordinary course of
its trading activities and include 922,629 Ordinary Shares held for hedging
purposes in relation to contracts for difference entered into with clients.
