IndigoVision Group plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification
on 19 March 2001 from 3i Group plc that as a result of internal transfer of
management responsibilities within the 3i Group of companies, 3i Investments
plc has now become interested in the Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the
capital of the company referred to below and that 3i Asset Management Limited
has ceased to be interested in such shares.
