              Internet Music & Media plc ("IMM" or "the Company")              

On 19th March, 2004, IMM announced that it had received an undertaking from Mr
Mark Wadhwa and Mr Timothy Robinson that they, or a limited company controlled
by them, would provide the Company with a facility of up to �50,000 during the
six month period to 31st August, 2004, while the Company investigated potential
acquisitions.

The Company has not been able to obtain confirmation from Mr Wadhwa and Mr
Robinson that they are prepared to provide further support or to pursue any
corporate transaction with the Company. Accordingly, IMM has requested that
trading in its shares on AIM is suspended, pending clarification of its
financial position.
