Ingenious Media Active Capital Limited was notified of the following information by one of its non-executive directors, William Simpson on 6 December 2011.

William Simpson was a director of Westar Limited and Westar 2 Limited when they were placed into compulsory liquidation by the Royal Court of Guernsey in October 2011 and May 2011 respectively.

Westar Limited owned commercial property in the UK the tenant of which went into administration as a result of which Westar Limited was unable to meet payments due to its bank and was placed into insolvent liquidation.

Westar 2 Limited was placed into solvent liquidation.

Save as disclosed above, and in accordance with AIM Rule 17, there is nothing further to disclose under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
