Result of Annual General Meeting

Imagelinx plc (AIM: ILI) the provider of graphic brand management services, announces that at the annual general meeting held today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed.

Commenting, Alistair Rae, Imagelinx Chief Executive said:

"The outcome for the full year will largely depend on the impact of the economy on our customers and their level of spend with us during the course of the year.

We have seen revenue ahead of expectations in the first quarter, and with the cost reduction programme started in 2011 taking effect, this has resulted in a profit for the first quarter."
