The Company today announces that application has been made to the UK Listing
Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 2,065,926
ordinary shares of Euro0.03 each.  The application is in respect of shares to be
allotted pursuant to the exercise of options under the 16 Jan 2005 and 16 Jan
2006 employee option schemes.
