Issue of Equity

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 19 November, Hampden
Underwriting plc announces that the 3,000 ordinary shares issued were issued at
a price of #1 per share.

As previously announced, application has been made for the shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and it is anticipated that dealings will commence on
22 November 2007.
