HURLINGHAM PLC ("HURLINGHAM" OR THE "COMPANY")

ISSUE OF EQUITY

The company has issued and allotted, subject to admission, 30,000 new ordinary
shares of 75p each to SP Dendle under a share option agreement granted in April
2004.  The consideration for the shares is as follows:

TSD Executive Pension Fund (for SP Dendle)               30,000            95p


As a result of this notification, TSD Executive Pension Fund owns, on behalf of
SP Dendle, 60,000 ordinary shares of 75p each representing 2.93% of the
Company's total current issued ordinary share capital.


The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company.  Trading in the new ordinary shares is expected to commence on
AIM on 31 March 2005.
