DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALINGS

The Company received notification today that in order to satisfy personal tax 
obligations following the recent exercise of his share options, on 26 June 2007
Mr David Miller a Director of the Company, sold 40,000 ordinary shares of 10p 
each in the Company at a price of 115.5p per share. As a result of this 
transaction Mr Miller has a beneficial interest in 264,750 ordinary shares in 
the Company representing 1.8 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.
