Suspension of Shares for Trading on AIM

27 JUNE, 2008. LONDON, UK: HandMade plc ("HMF"), the international rights and film company announces today that, whilst management are
very pleased with current trading, a delay in the publication of the 2007 report and accounts has arisen from the complexities of the
transition of HandMade's accounts to the International Financial Reporting Standard.

As a result the Company's annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 can not yet be finalised and will therefore not be
published on or before 30 June 2008. Accordingly, the Company confirms that it will not be able to comply with Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for
Companies requiring an AIM company to send its annual accounts to shareholders not later than six months after the end of the financial year
to which they relate and as a result will be immediately suspended from trading on AIM.

The Directors anticipate that the audited report and accounts will be published by the middle of July at which point the Company's
shares will begin trading on AIM again.
